About Go Green Grand

Gated plot venture close to the Siddipet bypass, planned around its greenery — avenue trees on both sides of every road, a landscaped park with a children's play area and an open gym in the open space, and a planted boundary. Black-topped roads with kerb stones, underground drainage, energised transformer with LED street lighting, overhead tank water lines to every plot frontage, and rainwater recharge pits. Each plot demarcated with numbered survey stones. Approvals, LP number and a thirty-year title search shared before any advance. The rate covers the land and all internal development; registration, stamp duty and maintenance deposit at actuals, with two years of free maintenance after registration.

What to check before booking

Search the project name and promoter on the official Telangana RERA portal, and note the registration number and its validity.
Ask for the approved layout or building plan (DTCP / HMDA as applicable) and match it on the ground.
Take a 13-year encumbrance certificate and verify the link documents.
Confirm what the quoted rate includes — development charges, corner premium, car parking, registration and GST are often extra.
Pay through banking channels only, against a receipt, and register at the sub-registrar office.
